Calidor: an AI workspace for real estate sales teams
Calidor brings offer letter generation, pipeline management, and document search together in one AI-native platform, built for real estate developer sales teams.
Why we built it
In real estate sales, the work that wins deals competes with the work that simply has to get done. Reps spend hours drafting offer letters by hand, chasing where each deal stands, and hunting through documents for answers. Every one of those hours is an hour not spent in front of a buyer, and a single wrong figure in an offer letter can cost the deal or create real exposure.
We built Calidor to give that time back. It brings offer letter generation, the deal pipeline, and document search into one AI workspace, so a lean team moves faster, makes fewer costly mistakes, and closes more deals without adding headcount.
What it does
Offers - AI offer letters with validated payment schedules
A rep describes the deal in plain language, the property, price, deposit, and number of installments, and Calidor returns a complete offer letter in the firm's own branding, ready to send, in seconds. The payment schedule is computed and validated, so deposit, installments, and final balance always reconcile to the price. The firm sets its template once and every letter comes out in it, with no manual drafting and no wrong numbers reaching a buyer.

Pipeline - AI pipeline management
Every deal and its next step stay in one place, so the team always knows what to chase and nothing slips through the cracks. Managers see exactly where the pipeline stands without chasing anyone for an update.

Vault - AI document search
A rep asks a question and gets an answer pulled straight from the firm's own documents in seconds, instead of digging through files. Faster answers for buyers, and less time lost to searching.

Connected to where the work already happens
Calidor connects to the tools a team already uses, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint, so it adds capability without forcing anyone to change how they work.
How we built it
Devbrew designed and built Calidor end to end, from product and interface through to the AI engineering underneath. The offer-letter feature pairs language understanding with deterministic validation, so the numbers are guaranteed rather than left to a model to get right. The vault searches a firm's private documents, so answers stay grounded in the firm's own material. That makes Calidor fast where speed helps and exact where mistakes are expensive.
The result
For a sales team, the value is concrete. Offer letters that used to take careful manual drafting come back in seconds, correct the first time, so there are no costly errors in front of a buyer. The pipeline and the documents a rep needs sit in one place, so far less of the day disappears into admin and searching. The hours that frees up go back to what actually closes deals: client relationships and selling.
Take a simple example. A rep sending four to five offer letters a week can spend twenty minutes to an hour on each one, drafting and double-checking, so that task alone can eat up the better part of a day every week, and more whenever a wrong figure means starting over. Calidor turns each letter around in well under ten minutes, correct the first time. That is most of a day a week handed back to selling, for every rep on the team.
